hey just wanted to give a shout out to Zuel for the avatar upload mod, it was a great starting point and time saver for me. i reconfiged it to work as a picture upload, and replace the avatars on the topics and marcels blog to use the members picture. Unfortionatly it took so long to figure out, i stoped documenting but if anyone would like to see the files let me know.
