With the latest version, you can set the folder anywhere you want. Darned if I remember exactly how, but mine are in /wwwroot/pics/Avatars. Try searching back through this topic. Remember these versions are in flux so I have no idea what you'll get if you download the mod right now.

Sorry for the delay. I've been working on a project hardcore to meet a deadline.
To switch the avatar folder name that would be in incAvatarFunctions.asp. Should be within the first few lines of code. However if I remember correctly you do not have that version.
Between home and work, I'm having trying to figure out which version I have is current. I'll be doing a beyond compare today.< |

not in my version, if you or anyone else can post that version that would be great, also you should take down the link you have up, that version doesn't work at all thats the one thats missing files

I just installed it on our forum and it's working perfectly.
Here is my dilemma though.
When I upload an avatar and assign it to a user they can not see it.
It doesn't show up in the personal folder or on the main category.
Did I miss something or was this feature not activated?
Any help will be much appreciated.
Email replies are welcome to help me over come this situation.

Hey can anyone help me with this problem.
I Installed Richard Kinser's avatar mod before this one,
and followed the readme files for both.

You clearly made a code error somewhere in um... what is that, pop_profile.asp? If you post a link to a text version of the file someone may help. But start a new topic because this one's way too long and deals with an old version of this add on.
A side note: This mod isn't the easiest to add. I'd hate to think it's your first.< |
