ok... ran into this on a windows 2000 server running with MS SQL Server 2000 and IE 5.5... where if I went to the base URL... http://www.url.com/ it would not let me click the "Login" button, however, if I went to http://www.url.com/default.asp it would.

however, it turns out that when he changed the default.asp to be the first item in the "Document" list in IIS properties for that web server... it works.
