Sorry to disagree. You underestimate the difficulty of writing such a script. The fact that there is a tool like SQL Server DTS, that already does this, would make it even more difficult to justify the time spent on doing it.
Yes there is no FAQ, but there are enough posts on the subject that explain how to do it. I've posted about that I cannot remember how many times now. Well, maybe I'll remember to write the FAQ one of these days. Anyway, if you do have any doubts about it, post in the Help: MS SQL Server forum.< |
