This does not affect everyone, but it did affect at least 1 person.

on line #44 of config.asp

find the following:

dim strDBType, strConnString, strTablePrefix, strMemberTablePrefix '## Do Not Edit

insert the following right under that line:

Dim counter, ConnErrorNumber, ConnErrorDesc, blnSetup '## Do Not Edit
