on line #104 find the following:

         "LEFT JOIN " & strTablePrefix & "FORUM F ON S." & strTablePrefix & "ID = F." & strTablePrefix & "ID) " & _



and replace it with this:

         "LEFT JOIN " & strTablePrefix & "FORUM F ON S.FORUM_ID = F.FORUM_ID) " & _
