Guys (& Gals ),

I have set up an extensive set of words in my UserName filter list, but it seems to be having no effect. I cannot add these words to my bad words filter as I need them used in the messages! Is there a switch somewhere which disables UserName filtering, because that would seem the most logical cause of the problem.

try changing this:

	if IsEmpty(Application(strCookieURL & "STRFILTERUSERNAMES")) then



to this:

	if trim(Application(strCookieURL & "STRFILTERUSERNAMES")) = "" then

That would appear to have fixed it!!

Jolly well done... and many thanx !

I will do some further and exhaustive testing to check & if I get any further problems with the UserName Filter stuff I will post it on the forum...
