i've changed the name of myself, from 'Admin' to something else... in the Access 97 database itself, not the admin options..
can somebody write a little script so i can change this from any member, on the fly, using a separate asp file??
currently, i have to download the database, rename, then re-upload...
or, is there already a MOD that does this, that i haven't found yet??

I assume you mean the username of another user not the admin user, if so logon as the admin user then goto the memebrs page and down the right hand side of the table there's and icon for each memebr so ypu can go and edit their profile, that will allow you to change their name.

no, i don't mean that... sorry, my explanation was a bit vague...
ok, i have 2 admins on my forums, and we both don't want the same title... so i have left the default title of "Administator", and then in the database, changed the names (M_TITLE field in members table)... i found that these names overide the default name, therefore allowing us to call ourselves anything we want, with different names...
i wish to be able to change that name, without having to access the database, and simply choose a memberID, then edit their name... I was thinking of allowing members to choose their own title, once they've reached a certain amount of posts...
any suggestions?

ahh ok, thanks. i had a blonde moment there! 
hmm.. only works for Administrators.. i get a VBScript error for any other member in inc_functions.asp... although i do have a few MODs installed, which is probably the reason..
