Question: How do I convert an existing Microsoft Access database to MySQL to use with the forum, or for a different project?
Answer: There is a third party utility that will create a "dump" file (an ascii text file) that you can use with another program called PHPMyAdmin.
The conversion program is at: http://www.convert-in.com/acc2sql.htm NOTE: The non-registered version only dumps five records. If you need more, you'll need to register the program.
PHPMyAdmin can be found here: http://phpwizard.net/projects/phpMyAdmin/
