Okay, I don't know what is wrong, but I thought I'd report this as a bug. Placing certain symbols (like & : and -) in the subject of a topic causes problems. When you click on Reply to Topic there is a Microsoft Error Message "binary data would be truncated". This is one of those black type on plain white page errors. You can successfully reply with quote though.

Using SQL 7.0

swatijain,

How did you create the database ?
Did you upsize an access databas (don't), or did you use the setup.asp page (do) ?
What version of the forum are you using ?
Do you have an url where we can have a look ?

Pierre

Hi,

I created the databases using setup.asp. I am using the Snitz Forums 2000 Version 3.1 SR4.
Unfortunately, I don't have a link for you to see...
