Hum, there are many version floting around. But because the code is the same that forum.asp (with a different look), a version for the guestbook will be a complet MOD by itself.
Just take the guestbook, remove any color, and use inc_top_small.asp (instead of inc_top.asp) and inc_footer_small.asp instead of inc_footer.asp. Then remove any link. Should do the trick.
