ok, it has been three days now and I still can't get the forum to work. All I get is the code showing up. i.e http://robself.freeshell.org/forum/forum.asp The server is running Linux. All the files for the forum uploaded with file permissions of 777. this is not good. what are the proper file permissions for the files in the forum? I will even give you my username and password to my account so that you can install the forum for me. I am so frustrated right now! Thanks, Rob
For this forum to run on an Unix/Linux server such as the one you are using, Chili!Soft ASP must be installed. The fact that the code is showing instead of being processed indicates that the server you are using doesn't support ASP (Active Server Pages), thus you can't use this forum on it.
