Anyone running Huwr's forum do not over write the statistics.asp file or your
forum will not work. Rename Alan's Statistics file to Statistics1.asp then copy
into your forum dir.

I think he just took out the statistics that are shown at the bottom of default.asp and put then in an include file.

It adds the Statistics of post, new members, etc.... look at my
test forum at the bottom. He moved it out of the default.asp file and added it
as a include file.

I "Think" that I've found a bug.... if you go to Statistics and under
"Top 25 Replied To Topics" Under there if a Topic was Archived and you
click on it. It will error out because the topic was Archived. It's still
looking for the Topic in it's Original location.

I doubt Alan's MOD was built with Archived Messages in mind.

Archived Messages is a MOD for v3.1 SR4 and it will be included in v3.2 (in a much different form). I wouldn't worry too much about it until v3.2 comes out.

how about bar graphs for this really nice mod?

why does Members Last Seen show some members with negative numbers? Is this due to time zone differances??

hmm it shouldn't show negative numbers, i'm pretty sure the i've checked to make sure the dates are consistent. I will look into later when i get a chance.

No bar graphs yet. Maybe version 2 or something.

Remember that "members last seen" is very relative. If you use the statistics page on a plain Snitz forum you can't compare it with the who is online info you get.
I could be online all the time, having my active.asp page set to reload every 5 minutes, but still the forum can think that I haven't been there for about a couple of hours.

But we replaced the StatCounteX counter pages here with your statistics page. (viewable by admins only though)
What I like most is that it doesn't need more databasespace than we're allready using at the moment (and that is a lot).
It offers enough info to get an idea of the amount of trafic we get. Because we don't need an hour by hour breakdown to see that almost 6,000 posts a month and about 800 new members per month is more than we got a year ago

yeah i noticed that members last seen was rather relative and not as accurate as i wanted for my site when i created the last seen feature. I worked with it a bit so that's it's more accurate now but i'm not sure what i did now.

woo hoo! glad you guys find the info this mod provides useful.
Cheetah came up with the ideas for stats page 2 and I kinda already had the know-how from doing the first page of stats .

Maybe graphical display in the futures. Would just be kinda tedious to convert the functions to store the records in an array first to do stuff like avg(), max() etc.

The archive code in the next release will not have the same effect on your MOD, it should work without problem. Archiving is now handled a little differently.
