Hi, I just got Snitz working, it wirked fine for a while, then it deos not allow others to update a topic, the person who created the topic still can. Not sure which parameter I set up wrong. Please help. Appreciate any comments. Thanks.

What do you mean? Admins and moderators are the only ones beside the original author who can edit a post. Anyone should be able to post a reply....

Others can't post a reply for an existing topic, that is the problem. At first I didn't have this problem, I created a few topics, others can post comments. Now only the creater can post a reply to his/her own topic. I wonder whether I setup any parameter wrong. Thanks.

I suspect you have your topics locked?

I'm having the same problem. I can't send a link because it's an internal site, but this is the error I get. Is it the same as your error?

If so, try to follow the instructions in this post and see if that doesn't help you: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/link.asp?TOPIC_ID=9321

Thank you all. Seems like the original problem is due to email parameters. Using the default email setting works fine.
