umm... in policy.asp there's the line
by pressing the "agree" button that you, the user, are 13 years of age or over
(3.1 sr4 and even 2.1 sr5 a8) I don't think this sounds like it was meant to...

Yes, I agree the wording in that sentence should be redone.
Of course, it's been that way for quite a while now, so does this mean not too many people actually read the agreement? :)

Once I understood that that requirement was a US-specific thing, I never read that line anymore (or the policy for that matter)
