When I view source on my forum home page. I found the following code

The first part displays my forum logo, but what is the additional code referring to a banner ad and a $4,500 prize? I did not add any of this to the forum and am wondering what it does and whether it should be removed.

It's just there as an example of how to add a banner. The code is commented out and doesn't currently do anything.
