Sometimes when I try to reply I get this

There was an error = 503 no valid RCPT address specified
==========================================

The reply goes through but I get the error .
Any ideas on this ?

Snitz version 3.1 sr4

This is probably related to e-mail notifications.

Did you set an e-mail for your Admin account, is there any account on your forum that doesn't have an e-mail address assigned?

After looking it appears that all members have an email address .
I'll look again to make sure .


The admin account has the same email address as the Name I setup to use rather than admin. Since I dont get this error all the time I cant tell you when it started .
Tell me if htis could cause the problem .
When I first set the board up I didnt have this option turned on in the admin section .

" Require Unique Email "

Later on I did turn this option on . So my acounts were sharing the same email address .
Could this cause the above error?

Look a second time at the members to make sure they all have an email address .
All of them seem to have one.
Some of them used h@h.com or similar combos to make an email address.

Any other Ideas as to what the problem might be ?
