The Links in the code are wrong (mph73 frontpage in't the best tool to modify asp code  ) So please check the links in chat.asp.

Everything seems to be fine except for the admin doesn't show anything and this is missing in the zip file:

I have modified another chat program that works well with Snitz Forums where you can send private messages to others in the room as well. It was posted earlier, but when I got the MOD it didn't quite work enough.
I have since corrected it and believe it to work quite well. The only issue I see with it, is that it requires a user to be logged in to the forums. (This is not a problem for me, as I want users logged in to use it.
It has Admin functions where you can silence a user if need be, but who wants to do that! It allows you to send a private message to a user simply by clicking on the users name. You can also send picture smiley faces in it. The Admin gets to see the IP address of the user.
The set-up is real easy, just a matter of copy and paste of a few lines into where it lists in the readme.txt file.

Seems like the zip does not contain all the files - the simpelchat.asp file is not included, and yet it's referenced in the chat.asp page. Anybody have the full download?

Well - there are two different chat´s here - I think we should go with the ConquerChat thaough - it has more options for future integration with buddies mod, and messenger-llike features.

It will not allow for a demo as it is intergrated with Snitz to take the current user so as it is a true member chat board. I do have something simular running from the original creators of it at Demo here if you want to check it out.

Someone has tired this chat before, BUT they got it working with the user database in your forum which is Great!
But it was buggy.. Biggest thing was when you tried to join it would say you're already in chat and you never made
it in there yet.

Hey,
I can provide some FTP access for you...
Its an NT based server with ASP access...
So... You can also make the demo yourself there...
The thing is... with FTP access... You can't delete/modify any current document thats already up there...
so... you will have to make different version name and upload it each time. And if you want to delete totally, just contact me.
