Well it depends. If the HTML you want to put in, you want to show at the top of all your forum pages, you would put it at the end of the inc_top.asp file.
If the HTML you want to put in, you want to show only on the default.asp page, you would put it where the HTML start on the default.asp page. You would need to be familiar with VBScript to know where to put your HTML on the default.asp page.
