I am new to this could somebody please help me get started? I have just uploaded the program and everytime I try to access the setup.asp file I get a file download box with "open this file from its current location" and "save this file to disc" Please tell me what I have done wrong. Do I have to set any permissions for the individual files?

Check with your ISP, it sounds like your web server doesn't support Active Server Pages. You need an asp-capable web host.
