i would like to know how I can set up my forums at http://www.multiplayercentral.co.uk/forums so that everyone who visits the forums can see the members who are currently logged in and any guests that are browsing.

I have looked around the MOD implementation forum but I could not find what I was looking for.

I have seen this done on other forums (first example that springs to mind are the forums at http://www.counter-strike.net ) , and I would like to know how this can be done with the snitz forums, and which asp pages will need to be altered?

Any help you could offer would be appreciated, Thanks.

The link in the topic of that thread doesn't work, but there is a link further down in the discussion that does work. The Add-Ons to show the member's names on your default.asp page is near the end of that thread.

If you have a problem with Members showing up as Guests...

In the code you added to inc_top.asp

Change this:

' ******************************************************
' ADD HERE WHAT YOU WANT THE PREFIX OF YOUR COOKIE TO BE
' it will either be 'strCookieURL' or 'strUniqueID'
strTempCookieType = strCookieURL
' ******************************************************


to this:

' ******************************************************
' ADD HERE WHAT YOU WANT THE PREFIX OF YOUR COOKIE TO BE
' it will either be 'strCookieURL' or 'strUniqueID'
strTempCookieType = strUniqueID
' ******************************************************
