Is this here to stop a member using the account? I dont want to delete this account for a few reasons so I just locked it. Can the person use the account or not, does he have to re-regester?
The member you locked can not use the account but can reregister under a new name to gain entry. If you checked the "Unique eMail" button in your Admin setup, he will have to get a different eMail acount to reregister though.
