You can disable signatures, set the max length, and set when the signatures are added. (post time is how it works now, read time will add the signature when you read the post, adding the user's CURRENT signature... but that's optional).
ALSO, if you select add at read time, the user will be able to choose whether or not to see signatures.

So far I've finished the admin part and the profile option, now for the actual code (easy <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>).
