What does this update do? I installed prior to adding this update. Should I run setup again?

This is a security fix for version 3.1 sr4, if that is what you have just installed, then sinmply replace the files on your web site with the ones in the zip

Thanks, I've been having reliability problems with my ISP (actually - the old one, and the new one) - and I was afraid that this was causing it (even though I had no traffic on the forum besides myself)
