on a cobalt RaQ 4....... how do I creat the mySQL database ?

I am trying to install the forum to a virtually hosted domain on the RaQ 4...... anybody ever done this ?

How should my config syntax look, and do I link the database in the Cobalt ASP preferences for new data name source !??
