How would I do this:
www.site.com?username=joesmith&password=secret

now when the person clicks the link they login.

I want this link on a form confirmation page. The form asks for the username and pwd and check them against the database.

I need to be able to do something like;
Thank you for submitting the form now checkout <a href="www.site.com?username=JohnDoe&password=pwd">Topic</a>

without making the user log back in.
