I have this troll that keeps registering under new names. I've banned their ip but they keep coming back!? I've checked their new ip with their currently banned ip and it matches!! Wazzzup!?

I'm running the current version of Snitz Forums and it's running fine. I don't get ANY errors when banning or running the forum. I'm using Win2000 Workstation, IIS and an Access database.

Please help me ban this troll.

Can you email me your admin username and password and the url to your forum and I'll see what's wrong.
