I would like to know what are the standard rules for users to set in a forum. What are the key things what an administrator/moderator should think of when it comes to handling flames and other unwanted things in a forum? When is it absolutely neccesary to delete a member from a forum? etc etc
Those questions can really only be answerred by your self.
Above all else, a moderator/Admin should be polite and fair in his dealing with the users, as to what constitutes unwanted stuff on your forums, that is upto your admin and mederators, everyone has differing ideas on what can and can't be said, what you may consider to be OK, I may consider extremely offensive.
