Is it possible to have more than the default 6 titles and grades?

Are there a mod or something that can change it?

what are you talking about?
are you referring to the Custom Member Names in the Ranking Configuration? No, it's not possible to have more without doing a lot of code changes to the forum.

No, there currently isn't any mod to do that. (not that I know of)
