We've had our Forum up for about two weeks and everything had worked great until a new forum message was created. Now that forum will receive and post messages, but it doesn't update the number of topics and posts....can anyone give me a hand?

I erased the forum and tried creating the same several times...but having tested the other topics...it almost appears to be a problem with the number of topics workable. The ones we have up seem to work OK. When I add one, it accepts the topic, but does not update the additional info.
Would it be to our advantage to have our tech partner call or email you directly?
