I've installed the file attachment mod and even though i've clicked the option for a user to be able to upload i don't see a button that can be pressed to take the person to the pop_upload page... Could someone who has already installed this lend me a hand.

log in to admin_home.asp, and then select the Admin Variables link, look at the list of application variables, is there on called intAllowUploads, if yes, what is it's value

Ok, that means it has not set the App variable, in the table at the bottom of Admin_home.asp there should be a link to admin_fileattachments select this link and turn the opton on to allow downloads. when you have set that, select the check installation link from admin home.
Then check the variables again, do you know have a setting for intAllowuploads

I did that and it said it changed everything successfully but the variables still don't show up.

I'm having the same problem. I checked everything that is listed in the readme file and that is listed in the thread, however, no go. Any suggestions?
