I've done everything you suggested and the Cookies feature has been enabled all the time. Still, whether I can login or not is totally random. It's kinda like Russian roulette... one outta every ten times or so it works.
Gor, you're right a friend of mine who is using IE 5.0 doesn't have the problem either... I using IE 5.5 do...
