Can sombody explain to me what I am doing wrong?

Context:
1. Using NT Authentication.
2. My role is forum admin.

I was having the same problem as Maxim. I followed the modifications and am now able to losk and unlock a topic. However I still cannot lock a catergory. I am set up same as Maxim.

1. Using NT Authentication
2. My role is forum admin
