I just wanted to say "thanks" to all of the people who work on developing Snitz.
This is the first forum software that I have ever used and I had no problem setting it up with Access. My web host currently does not provide asp support so I went looking around at some other forums that used php, mysql, and cgi. I have set up several including phpBB, Vbulletin, Ikonboard, and two others. Each time, I look though the application in hopes of finding functionality similar to Snitz. While most perform similar functions, it just seems that Snitz is more expandable and the community here is very strong. I am running HuW's version and all of the additional mods are great.
I am a network engineer by profession. The only "programming" I have ever done was with mIRC a long time ago. While not really programming, it used a language. Mind you this was in my juvenile days and I managed to get comsat.com klined from about 95% of the irc servers in the world for running bots, flooding, etc. Needless to say, I have grown up since then after I realized what an a$$ I was.
Just recently (about a month or so ago) I came across Snitz and decided to give it a test drive. You all have done an awesome job with this. I do not know asp, or anything about databases, but I am able to read through a lot of the code and understand what it is doing, although I could not imagine coding this from scratch. Anyways, it has sparked my interest once again. I think it is really fun to modify something or add something and then see it work. I am just a script kiddie now, but hopefully someday soon, I 'll be able to contribute to this awesome app. I like Snitz so much that in addition to my other host, I have bought some space with yet another host that supports asp just so I can run Snitz 
Anyways, just wanted to say thanks. I am having a lot of fun with this.

dont worry, i think thats how alot of programers start out. i know i did. i used to work for aol, and while at work i would make "bots" and "punters" to cause havok on aol.
