Logging out of your forum doesn't log you out of the admin area. Your admin login session expires after 20 minutes or when you close your browser. You can't "Logout" of the admin area. But you can logout of the forums.
Remember you needed to login again when entering the admin section.
The same way, if you're not logged into the forum, and you type in admin_home.asp, and enter in the correct password and username, you get to log in to the admin section.
That's how the forum is. Not a security risk. As long as someone knows the admin username and password, they can enter the admin section.
