Do I have to have MS Access installed to create more forums for my message board? I have my board up and running just fine. But I do not see anywhere I can create new forums...or give certain user's moderator status. I can't find anywhere to change the admin password at. All I have is a testing forum...And that does me no good!

my bad...I just figured out that you have to click on the little purple folder! Wouldn't it be less confusing for future user's to add this as a part of the admin menu? I think by having all "admin" functions in one central location would make it less confusing! But who am I! =)

sorry about the double post...

No.

After logging in as Admin, you will see some new icons on the default.asp page on the right. The icons will create New Categories/Forums/Topics. Just place your mouse over the icons and it will tell you what it does.
To give someone moderator status, log in as admin, go to the members.asp page, click on the icon beside the user you want to make a moderator. Confirm who you are. You are then taken to the "Edit Profile" page. If you look to the lower right hand side, there will be an option to select the users Status. Select Moderator and submit.

Log in as Admin. Click the Profile link at the top right hand. You will reach the "Edit Profile" page. You can change your password from there.
