Not sure when this started, as it is a little used forum that I haven't checked on in awhile. No clue as to what may have happened, although I do know the site was moved to another server a couple of months ago [same host].

Sounds like a file permissions error on your access database

Yep. That's an easy one. No write permissions to database (either file and/or folder) for IUSR.
