An old member who hasn’t used the forum in a long while tried to log in, but she couldn’t recall her password … she used the password reset, but her e-mail has changed. So, she asked me to assist. I tried to edit her forum profile and change her e-mail, but I got this error. Do you think it is something on the server end or a forum problem?
