I'm seeing more duplicate postings lately than usual from multiple posters. Anyone have any idea what causes this? Is it a mobile posting?

The back button on Android phones is the main culprit.
Switch the order of your title tags

That's a regular thing with mobile browsers, unfortunately. Not long ago I wrote a mini-mod to help resolve it. See these topics:
