With the DOBDisplay Mod, is there a means of making it not display the year of members' birth? For example, rather than "The 05th of January, 1980" I would rather it display "The 05th of January" on members' profile. Or, even better would be "January 5" displayed for members and the year displayed only for administrators.

That depends on which one you installed. OneWayMule's will do it, no problem, just a matter of changing one digit.

It's a different mod, Carefree. It's the only one I saw. It's here:

If you could share a link to the one you're referring to, I will gladly install it and uninstall this one.

This one is easy to fix how you want it.

"inc_showdob.asp"

Look for this line (appx 19):

		ShowDOB = "The " & Mid(strDOBDate,7,2) & DayName(Mid(strDOBDate,7,2)) & " of " & MonthName(Mid(strDOBDate, 5,2)) & ", " & Mid(strDOBDate, 1,4) & "."

Change it to say:

		ShowDOB = MonthName(Mid(strDOBDate, 5,2)) & " " & Mid(strDOBDate,7,2)

OH MY GOODNESS! That is PERFECT, Carefree! It displays just the date (month and day) for members but admins can view the year.

LOVE IT!

You know how we women are. . .never ask us our age or our weight! (lol)

Thank you so much!
