I want to use this lockinplace feature as an announcement feature like vbulletin. Are there any way that I can assign a different icon?

I was misunderstood 
For example I want to lock a topic at the top of the page by the help of Huwr's forum with  , but I still want other topics which are closed with the same icon like

| I'm not familiar with Huw's MOD, but there is probably something that is set that would make that topic stay at the top. If so, you could check for that "something" and if it's there, then use the icon you want, if not, it uses the default icon. |

this mod need to fix in order to used with Richard's forum sorting mod (or whoever made it, I forgot), other than that, it works perfectly in huwr's or original snitz forum
