Before I took over the forum I am currently running, I tried out a demo of Snitz. In that version there was an option under Admin to enter email domains and addresses to be screened out. This greatly cut down on the number of fake registration attempts.

I do not have this feature now, even though I upgraded to the latest version. How can I get it?

it should be under admin_options 'blocked email domains', just below 'email server configuration'

The trouble is, it isn't there. I wish it were.

Do you have "Filter known spam domains" set to "On" under "E-mail Server Configuration"?

There's no such option.

I downloaded sf2k_v34_06up07.zip, unpacked it and uploaded the files to the forum server again. Yes, and I ran MODS. Yes, this time the spam filter is there, but my upload feature has disappeared.

I need it. How do I go about getting it back? The "upload" config, etc. files are still there and untouched.

you will need to read the instructions for the upload MOD and redo any required changes
