Hello,
is there an easy way of sending a global e-mail to all users using their e-mail addresses (as an administrator)?

No, but there is an 'email all users' MOD that you can install, it can be downloaded from www.snitzbitz.com

However, unless your members have consented to being sent emails then you could get reported for spamming so be careful.
