Bear with me on this and hopefully you'll see what it, unless it's just me.
Locate a topic that you can access in the Forum archives. Make sure the topic has enough replies to get the paging to show up. On archive_display.asp, when you utilize the select list and choose another page, when that page loads, the topic name will be displayed with the javascript encoding.
