This is very odd, its been awhile since I tried so I don't know how long its been broken for:
When one posts a new message, or rather starts to post one (my site is basically open so this can be tried by all) I do not have any functionality of the buttons, like Format: email hyperlink or screen size etc in the "new message dialogue"
I assume I broke something, but I need assistance to point me to the general file if possible?

Wow ! Thank you I would never have figured that one out.
Odd, when I went to another site to get the file, it was not on my HD but it was on the server so I grabbed it.
When I went to my original site, it was not on my HD, (weird also), but when I went to copy the newly acquired one to my website it said it already existed, yet I could not see it, so I copied anyway and now everything is fine.
I really am careful when copying files and found this strange that 2 sites has "not the same" but similar file issues.
anyway, its all good now, thank you Davio, you come through for me again.
