Thanks, jimmy |

Hi HuwR,
well, at the begining I downloaded the "Site_Intergrate_Mod" and click update, the max version (dropdown arrow) shown 3.4.06 ONLY, I updated anyway and having page errors, Then I posted for help to find out how can I get a "patch" to update the MOD for almost a week and no answer. So I say if I downgraded to 3.4.06 it will be compatible with "Site_Intergrate_Mod" 3.4.06. Then I was doing a search from the Snitz Bitz for a MOD FILES and hopefully can find a right version, then I saw a Mod called "FlashChat" 3.4.06, that is what I wanted for user to chat "LIVE" I'm assuming by the name wise. I now also saw one called "SNITZCHAT" 3.4.03.
But, can you help me for image (broken links), do i need to create an image folder and copy and paste in there so the images will show?
Please Advice, Thanks, |

firstly I would junk all the files you have and then reinstall 3.4.07, we release updates to fix security issues, so generally downgrading is a very bad idea as it will leave your forum open to hacking attacks.
In order to install the site integration mod you will have to do it manually and compare the files from the mod to those in Snitz, download something like beyondCompare it is very good and generally makes this kind of job fairly simple. If you then get errors post specifically what errors you are getting and someone will help.
I would advice against installing a 'chat' mod it can seriously affect the performance of your forum, and there are plenty of ways of chatting live without using the forum to do so (Yahoo/msn/skype etc etc) |

Hi HuwR,
Ok, I still have the 3.4.07 forum folder/files (renamed for back-up). I will delete the 3.4.06 from the server, now for the 3.4.07, can I just upload the whole folder back to the server or I do I have to setup from the begining again?
Also, when I get the errors after I put the version back, should I post help from the MOD Implementation this time or in the Help Generald (Just to make sure)?
Please Advice, Thanks |

I would run setup.asp to be safe as it may need to renew the application variables.
if you reuire help with the forum post it in general, if you require help with a mod post it in mod implementation |

Hi HuwR,
My Bad! I answer/written the wrong way, I didn't downgraded from 3.4.07 to 3.4.06 by uploaded to the server to overwrite it, I actually deleted the 3.4.07 version completely first from the server, then I uploaded the 3.4.06 to the server and ran the setup.
Thanks, |

Ok, first thing is to get a standard Snitz 3.4.07 up and running, when you have that, then retry adding the site integration mod and post in the mod forum any errors that you are getting and we will try and walk you through it. |

Hi HuwR,
Is all good....I finally got the MOD going without errors, and successully updated! the header, left, right, footer is all good!!!!
Now As far I remembered the first time I did the MOD, I replaced the wrong lines and didn't read each single words right.
Look and feel much better now!
Thank you for your help!
