Fairly new to snitz forum so sorry if this is a stupid question!
I've set up a new forum (v3.4.05) and I want to only allow Moderators to start new topics. I want Members to be able to post replies to any topic (without haveing a Mod approve them) but they should be limited to replying to but not starting topics.
The easiest way would be to set up moderation on each forum and moderate new topics only. That way you and your moderators could delete any topics posted by non-moderators without them ever being seen.
