Sorry - I have read some of the other posts but they don't seem to be the issue.

When I try emailing user to user I get this message.
Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a03f6'

Expected 'End'

what version of the forum code are you using?
have you modified any of the files?

only thing I can suggest then is that you reupload the files, line 1497 has nothing to do with emailing members, and definitely is not a known issue with pop_profile so something may have got corrupted, can't think of anything else that would cause it

I changed this file in October due to a bug being found (posted on this forum by someone)?
Is there anyway I can get the correct latest version of the file?

I think you're thinking of the one with pop_mail.asp... I don't seem to recall (nor can I find at the moment) any issues with the 3.4.07 pop_profile.asp. But I haven't had my afternoon coffee either.

I would re-upload the pop_profile, if you then get the error indicated in the topic AnonJr linked to just post here again and we will sort out the fix for you, the issu in the topic was todod with some updates to the database rather than pop_profile itself, so we can talk you through what to do should it arise.

I've uploaded a pop_profile file (hopefully the latest version, I've very bad at keeping obsolete software) and all seems to be working again :)
