Members are saying that when they change their email address it goes ok, but when their look again in the profile, it still shows their old one, so when their try again it then comes up with an error that the new email is already in use.
Anyone come across this and if so what can I do to solve this?
That happens if they did not click the confirmation link to confirm their new email address. This has come up before and I believe there is a small code change available that will allow them to re-enter their email address and send a new confirmation email.
