You get a message saying you are logged in and then you're not?

yes. the logged in page appears....then it reverts to normal page. as admin there is no longer the admin options link.

I had no trouble logging in. I even created a test forum, so that you can see that I did. The problem must be with your computer. Please check you computer's time and date.

Yes - I can see that. But now number of forums and topics are different when I log on as admin and as "own name"!??!!

Sorry ruirib...I figured that one out myself. Thanks for all the help. I'll now try and see if the other 3 forums are gonna play up as well!! :-) This was probably the simple one to fix!? Thanks again. Could some of the problems come from require registration?

Require registration should have no effect on this.
